1. Bespoke Orders & Acceptance
All bespoke collection commissions are subject to custom sizing verification and fabric resource checks. We reserve the absolute right to refuse or cancel any order if hand-loomed heritage fabrics become temporarily unavailable or if scheduling constraints limit tailor capacity.
- Orders are verified via measurement cards
- Capacity caps ensure quality for every garment
- Notification of delays will be sent within 48 hours
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The designs, embroidery layouts, photography visual narratives, and the proprietary SVG branding assets of Peddy Perfect represent creative property and are protected under international copyright regulations.
- Embroidery designs are proprietary and copy-protected
- Media assets cannot be repurposed without written consent
- Visual brand elements are registered trademarks
3. Sizing, Alterations & Variance
As our garments celebrate authentic weaving techniques, organic fibers (such as fine silks and raw cashmere) can display minor artisanal variances in texture and elasticity. Sizing profiles are built according to user-supplied details.
- Complimentary atelier adjustments within 14 days
- Organic texture variations are a hallmark of authenticity
- Responsibility for measurement accuracy lies with the client
4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These agreements are governed by the courts of our main offices in London and Paris. Any sizing or styling dispute will first undergo elegant private conciliation with our digital concierge before legal channels are accessed.
