1. Standard Return Window

Ready-to-wear items and streetwear capsule selections may be returned within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

2. Bespoke Garments

Bespoke tailored orders are made specifically for you. While not eligible for standard cash refunds, we offer complimentary master alterations or styling store credit.

3. Pristine Quality

Garments must remain in pristine, unworn, and unaltered condition with all luxury security tags attached and in original designer box packaging.

4. Elite Concierge Pick-up

We offer complimentary returns shipping. Clients in London and Paris can schedule a private courier pickup directly from their residence.

Upon inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or credit within 7 business days.

Because custom and bespoke garments are drafted and hand-loomed to your precise individual measurement profile, we do not accept cash refunds on these garments. However, our master tailors provide completely complimentary refitting and adjustments. If you reside outside our physical service zones, we offer an alteration credit up to $150 USD to cover local adjustments.

Yes. Every domestic and international return includes complimentary return shipping. We will email you a prepaid luxury courier label once your return request is logged. For selected urban centers, concierge collection can be scheduled at your convenience.

Absolutely. If you prefer to receive store styling credit instead of a refund to your credit card, Peddy Perfect will credit your account with a 10% premium bonus (e.g., a $1,000 return becomes $1,100 in styling credit), valid indefinitely across all upcoming collections and street capsules.

For hygiene and safety standards, our premium fragrances, private collection body oils, tailored face coverings, and final sale items are completely excluded from returns and exchanges.
